This room, with private bathroom and toilet, welcomes you in a peaceful environment, within the main residence of your discreet host, who is present to ensure your comfort. You will enjoy a room equipped with a safe, a mini-fridge, a bottle of water, coffee pods, a small local cake, as well as beach and picnic kits (towel, parasol, tableware, cooler). Toiletries are provided. The 70 m² terrace with shared sauna, solarium, pool, and jacuzzi is perfect for relaxing. A summer kitchen is available under the supervision of the owner, as well as a dinner service on request in the evening, based on fresh local products (available for an extra fee). Breakfast is included. A minibar is accessible upstairs (available for an extra fee). Daily cleaning is offered with your agreement. The accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system in the common areas and an outdoor system from 10 pm (image rights form to be signed on arrival). A large shared bathroom with double Italian shower and toilets, as well as a second WC with washbasin, are at your disposal. The bathroom is located on the landing for all three rooms. A communal summer kitchen is accessible under supervision, and a personalized dinner service based on fresh, local products is available in the evening upon prior request (shopping and preparation available for an extra fee). Breakfast is included. The use of the outdoor kitchen is subject to the owner's presence.
